“My journey has always been guided by creativity and craftsmanship. I first began my career as a ceramist, spending five years shaping and designing with my hands — learning patience, precision, and the beauty of creating something from nothing. Later, I transitioned into the world of sewing, where I worked as a seamstress for many years. It was meticulous work that taught me discipline and attention to detail, but deep down, I felt that something was still missing. When I moved to England seven years ago, everything changed. I discovered the culinary world — and within six months, I knew I had found my true calling. In the kitchen, I experienced the rhythm, the creativity, and the intensity that only true gastronomy can offer. The discipline, the teamwork, and the constant pursuit of perfection reminded me of the artistry I had always been searching for. Today, cooking is not just my profession — it’s my passion and my way of expressing myself. I love exploring flavors, transforming ingredients into experiences, and seeing the joy that great food can bring. For me, every dish tells a story — one of dedication, creativity, and love for the craft.”

"My name is Róbert Szemkovics, and I’m one of the co-owners of the company. From an early age, I have been passionate about lifestyle, culture, and hospitality — the atmosphere, the people, and the memorable experiences we can create together. I truly believe that hospitality is more than just serving food or drink; it is about creating connections, telling stories, and leaving a lasting impression on everyone who visits us.

Our mission is to showcase and celebrate the gastronomic treasures of Hungary, Romania, and the neighboring regions. These countries have an incredible wealth of flavors, ingredients, and culinary traditions that are often overlooked. We want to share these treasures with the world — not only through the dishes we serve but also by highlighting the stories behind them, the people who craft them, and the culture that gives them life.

Through our work, we aim to bring people closer to the rich culinary heritage of our region. We want every visit to be more than just a meal — we want it to be an experience, a journey through flavors, aromas, and stories that stay with you long after you leave. Our goal is to inspire curiosity, celebrate authenticity, and make every guest feel part of something special."
